Our process
1. Consultation
We begin with a consultation, which can be conducted in person, via phone, email, or Teams Meeting. During this consultation, we'll discuss the details of your project. To start, we request the following:
- Design boards, mood boards, and floor plans
- Budget
- Final installation timeline
2. ART SELECTION & PLACEMENT
Standard Art Package (No Commissioned Art)
- Our fees are included in the price of the art.
- Art selection can be done in two ways: A: We provide an art bank from which to choose. B: We make selections for you and arrange them on your provided floor plan.
Commissioned Art
- An upfront design fee is required, which varies according to the project's scope and the artwork needed. This fee is discussed during the initial consultation.
- The design fee will be applied to the price of the art upon its execution
3. QUOTING & PROCUREMENT
We will provide a quote along with the artwork layout on your floor plans. This process takes 2-5 business days, depending on the project size.
Once the final quote is approved and the deposit is received, our turnaround time for the final product is typically 6-10 weeks for standard art packages, excluding holidays.
4. DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
Whenever possible, we prefer to handle the delivery and installation. This ensures the art arrives safely, reduces packaging and crating costs, saves warehousing / storage fees, and gives you peace of mind knowing our expert installers have securely delivered and installed the artwork.
